The global transition to Web 2 made it an outright phenomenon in today’s society. Web 1 worked on the basis of search and read. Web 2 came as a business revolution with a shift to user based content, large centralised platforms, and the world wide web. We are now at the beginning of Web 3, which envisions value and data being seamlessly moved across decentralised platforms with a focus on peer to peer transactions.
The ‘internet of money’ is fast approaching with the use of decentralised and peer to peer networks, blockchain is becoming the backbone of our Web 3 based future. Our reliance on traditional financial systems and institutions will significantly reduce as we move into the new Web 3 space, with De Fi products playing an increasing important role in everyday life.
SikaSwap aims to provide De Fi products that bridge the gap between traditional finance and the new Web 3 space, reducing our reliance on traditional intermediaries and empowering individuals through trustless blockchain platforms.
Our focus is improving everyone’s access to digital financial services by integrating self custody wallets to payment corridors, promoting peer to peer transactions across decentralised networks, and eliminating traditional intermediaries and associated fees. Using blockchain based solutions we will enable seamless Digital Assets to Fiat payments and transfers for users to spend their Digital Assets effortlessly, anywhere, and at any time.

Business Model
SikaSwap Pty Ltd is a fully registered company with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) operating under Australian Business Number (ABN) 50679089902. Our office is located in heart of the Sydney financial precinct at Kent Street New South Wales. The company operates as a remittance network provider with corporate governance and operational frameworks developed to meet the specific business activities. Our core values are accountability, transparency, fairness and responsibility.
All co-founders of SikaSwap serve as company Directors under accreditation from the Australian Business Registry Service (ABRS). Our team consists of three company directors managing operations and development, with two additional staff members providing specialist digital application and blockchain development, and UI/UX graphic design.
We have developed a strategic business plan to build SikaSwap into a first mover De Fi provider with significant opportunities for growth to meet the evolving Web 3 environment and interface with traditional finance. Our focus is long term sustainability through the integration of De Fi financial products into regulatory frameworks in the United States, South East Asia, Europe and Australia. SikaSwap is progressing with formal approvals for Digital Asset Exchange licensing in coordination with applications to partner with major financial institutions.
SikaSwap undertakes regular reporting and self audit activities through specialist legal and accounting providers. This includes the review of risk management practices quarterly. We undertake extensive due diligence and seek legal review for all financial products and services offered in each respective Country including relevant licensing and compliance reporting. This includes Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations specific to each territory.
We actively engage with financial regulators and build compliance into our application work flows and end user products as part of software development. Annual auditing is undertaken by third party review of business processes and records to ensure compliance with legislation and regulations.

The SikaSwap Story
We have been involved in the traditional and digital financial community since 2019 and have witnessed the rapid evolution of Decentralised Finance. Our experience has highlighted the importance and need to access reliable and safe De Fi utility. We were frustrated with the excessive fees and time required to use CEX’s, the cost and inefficiencies of intermediaries, and the lack of simple and complaint De Fi options. So we set out to build SikaSwap.
We bring to SikaSwap over 25 years of combined professional experience in engineering, software development, and executive level management. Our team is highly professional and dedicated to creating amazing utility in the De Fi space. All team members are doxed to demonstrate our transparency and commitment to both project and community.
